What is the minimum order quantity?

We custom make all our tubes,so MOQ is 1000pcs for plain or printed tube. For smaller quantities, please kindly contact us for further discussion.

Can I get samples?

Yes, we can offer stock sample free of charge but you should pay for the shipping cost. And you can also order sample with your required size and print your logo on it.

What is the lead time?

Printed tubes are approximately 7-10 days from approval of the print proof.But if you have a deadline, please let us know. We will do everything we can to get your tubes to you in time.

What information do I need to give to get a quotation?

We need to know the diameter and height and your order quantity to calculate the cost.If possible, pls give information as much as possible like you would like full color(CMYK) printing or Pantone color printing?Do you want silver/gold hot stamping,UV varnished or logo embossed/debossed?

Are the tubes food grade?

We have the premium food grade paper in stock to meet your requirement for food grade packaging. We can provide the related food grade certificate if needed.

What size tubes do you sell?

We manufacture tubes from 16mm up to 266mm internal diameter.

Are your tubes recyclable?

All our cardboard tubes are made from either 100% recycled brown board or white pure board sourced from sustainable sources. All our cardboard tubes are recyclable.

What is the process for a printed tube?

We’ll send you a die line for your designer to creat the art work and pass on to us. Before we print the outer wraps, we will send you a jpg proof for approval and sign off. Once approved we can go to production which is about 22-25 days.
